Careful restoration work has once again given this magnificent Canarian house all the splendor of its best days. Configured around a patio that precedes it, the owners have managed to adapt the magic of the old construction to the most modern demands and needs. It consists of two double bedrooms, the living room especially cozy and harmonized with the wooden floor and sofas arranged next to the iron stove. A sense of tranquility emanates from each room and this feeling is accentuated in the kitchen as the checkered curtains have replaced the furniture and the wide hood acquires great prominence together with the traditional clay oven. From its terraces we can see this quiet place of dry land covered by a large number of almond trees.

Located a few minutes from the Mirador de La Cumbrecita, and from which you can enjoy an incredible view of the La Caldera de Taburiente National Park. It is also located a short distance from the start of another quite popular route among hiking lovers, the ascent to "Bejenado", one of the highest peaks on the island. Casa La Higuerita, despite being located in the only municipality that is not surrounded by the sea, is relatively close to the beach, about 25 minutes by car.
