La Marieta is located in the southwest of the island of Tenerife, in Sueño Azul, a quiet residential area belonging to the municipality of Adeje.
Adeje has several Protected Natural Spaces such as Barranco Infierno and more than 14 beaches with sand of all colours where it is possible to swim all year round thanks to the average temperature of 24º and its sunny days.

- Large kitchen with table and bench and fully equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob.
- Living room with satellite and digital TV and DVD with direct access to the garden terrace.
- Enclosed outdoor space with large windows ideal for use as a work area or ideal for digital nomads who want to combine leisure with work or work while watching the children play in the pool.
- Private outdoor swimming pool to take a dip any day of the year.
The pool area has a railing that can be closed for safety when occupied by children.

Walking distance to the village of Calloa Salvaje and its black sandy beach "Ajabo" with restaurants, bars, pharmacy, children's playground, tennis courts and small supermarkets.
The beaches of Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje with the best beaches in the south of Tenerife and the best shopping centres such as Siam Mall or El Duque are only 10 minutes away. Also one of the best water parks in Europe, Siam Park.
It is an ideal place for golf lovers, as the Costa Adeje Golf Course is only 5 minutes away and the Abahama Golf Course is only 10 minutes away.
From the house you have easy access to the motorway and the North motorway, it is very well communicated.
In this area there is the possibility of flying over the southwest of the island with paragliding or helicopter, diving to observe the entire seabed and hiking discovering the most beautiful and hidden corners of the island by following paths such as the Roque del Conde, Camino Tradicional de Ifonche, Boca de Paco de Paco de Adeje and Boca de Paco de Paco de Adeje.

Hemos pasado una semana muy relajante en familia en La Marieta, desde el primer contacto con María ha sido genial, es muy atenta y un encanto de mujer. La casa tiene todo para desconectar y poder relajarte. Y Nuestro pequeño disfrutó muchísimo de la piscina y se lo pasó en grande con la casita de juguete. Muchísima gracias María!! Repetiremos en cuanto podamos sin duda!
Maria ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Ruhige Lage. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Cette maison est parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Très bien située à proximité des restaurants, des commences, de la plage… à seulement 25 minutes de l’aéroport et proche de tres belles plages et site touristique. Parfaitement équipée, bien orientée, vue sur le coucher du soleil, confortable et spacieuse. Maria nous a tres bien accueilli et nous la remercions encore. Nous reviendrons.
Estuvimos el año pasado y éste volvimos a repetir para seguir disfrutando de la tranquilidad de la villa y su piscina privada, en la cual disfrutamos mucho. Y como siempre la amabilidad de María y Jorge.
Casa amplia. Zona tranquila. Nos encantó la piscina y que puedes disfrutar la terraza con barbacoa. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones
Nos ha encantado pasar 5 días en familia. Repetiremos sin duda. Una vivienda muy cómoda para estar en familia, los niños disfrutaron mucho. Gracias María y Sol por la amabilidad.
La verdad que ha sido un auténtico acierto, desde el primer contacto con Maria que nos explicó las dudas, la facilidad de la reserva como la atención allí por parte de Sol, detallado de bienvenida. La villa es mucho mejor que en las fotos, un lujazo de casa, máximo confort y tranquilidad. Repetimos seguro y por supuesto recomiendo al 100% Mil gracias ????

La Marieta is very good for quiet stay by the ocean with small children or working away from your home, having both an office room and facilities for children. The house is homely and nice. The location is really good. It's quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, supermarkets and bakery are in 5 minutes walking distance, beach in 10 minutes walking distance. The host is very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help you.
La casa es muy tranquila, muy cómoda y bien equipada, la terraza y la piscina son increíbles hay farmacia, supermercado y restaurantes a 5 minutos andando. Muuy recomendable, lo pasamos increíble
Nos sentimos muy agosto allí.el chalet muy bonito y cómodo.es un lugar para desconectar.justo lo que buscábamos.la piscina fabulosa.y la atención de Maria y Jorge magnifica
Tout était parfait. Accueil excellent par notre hote. Maison très bien entretenue. Super piscine. Petite plage de sable noir très agréable à proximité. Commerces également à proximité. Maria nous a offert une très belle impression grâce à sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité pour notre première venue sur Tenerife. Elle parle très bien le français. Rien à changer tout était déjà là!
Splendida villa indipendente, ampia e spaziosa con 3 camere da letto, piscina privata, terrazza con vista mare, ben arredata ed ottimamente attrezzata. Veramente molto pulita, cosa che ritengo importantissima. Dotata di molti confort, abitazione fresca anche senza aria condizionata e vi ho soggiornato in agosto. Attrezzature della cucina e della casa in generale, in ottimo stato e perfettamente funzionanti. Una bottiglia di vino e frutta erano presenti al mio arrivo. Mi sono piaciuti molto il barbecue e la piscina, che ho utizzato con piacere. Parcheggio in strada facile e sempre disponibile nelle immediate vicinanze. Maria, la proprietaria è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile alle mie richieste. La consegna delle chiavi è avvenuta di persona e nell’occasione mi è stato descritto il funzionamento della casa, della TV Smart e del sistema di allarme. Ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno a Villa Marieta e spero di potervi ritornare presto. Ringrazio Maria per il check-in anticipato che mi ha concesso all’arrivo.
